Public Notice - Adoption of Preliminary Budget for FY 24/25

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District at their regular meeting of June 19, 2024, adopted a preliminary budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025. Said preliminary budget is available at the Rancho Adobe Fire Station No. 2, 11000 Main Street, Penngrove, California, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday for inspection by interested taxpayers.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board shall set the Proposition 4 Limit for fiscal year 2024/2025, pursuant to the provisions of State Government Code Section 7910, on July 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as matters may be heard, at Rancho Adobe Fire District, Station No. 1, 1 East Cotati Ave., Cotati, CA 94931 and

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Rancho Adobe Fire District during said public hearing will consider and determine the amount of the special tax to be levied on each parcel of real property within the Rancho Adobe Fire District during Fiscal Year 2024/2025 and

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors have set Wednesday, August 21, 2024, 7:00 p.m., at the Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District, Station No. 1, One East Cotati Avenue, Cotati, California, as the date, time and place for opening hearings on the 2024-2025 budget and adopting a final budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year is set for Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
