NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RANCHO ADOBE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District (“District”) intends to conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a resolution concerning the approval of the District’s Fire Impact Fee Nexus Study and approval of new fire impact fees charged on new development pursuant to California Government Code Section 66000 et al.  The Public Hearing shall be held at the Cotati Fire Station located at 1 E. Cotati Avenue, Cotati, California.  The Fire Impact Fee Nexus Study for the proposed fire impact fees will be available for public review on May 17, 2024. Members of the public are invited to provide comment at the public hearing, or, in writing, which is received on or before June 17, 2024. Any person challenging in court the decision made at the conclusion of the public hearing may be limited to raising only those issues raised at such hearing or in correspondence delivered to the District prior to the close of such hearing.
