The free Sonoma County Chipper Program is now active! This program is for the unincorporated areas of Sonoma County. If you are from one of these areas and have lots of piled up debris and slash from the winter storms still around, this is a program to take advantage of. Check out the link below for the guidelines and the link to the application! The application turnaround should be quick and easy. Remember that you must make piles that are ready to be chipped and in an accessible location. More information will be found at the link. We hope that residents take advantage of chipping these potentially hazardous fire fuels!
